They've reached a point where Jayce sees that glare and gets amused rather than defensive. Their intimacy is constant, he knows that sometimes Viktor puts on a show, and it is sometimes part of their flirting. He is not going to touch his hair. He is definitely always willing to stop what they're doing to seduce Viktor. The fact it's rarely the other way around is just how they are different in personality.
